Our design studio is located in North Bohemia, north of Prague, in the Czech Republic. That is no coincidence: this region has more than 750 years of history in glassmaking and glassblowing, and we are proud to help preserve that tradition.
Light, colour and transparency play an important role in our designs, which are mostly made to order with a lot of craftsmanship and love. You will recognise the influence of famous glass studios like Murano, Orrefors and Iittala, and of glass designers such as Bořek Šípek, Borowski and Svoboda.
We have a passion for glass blowing and create breathtaking glass art: vases, dishes, bowls and sculptures. Every piece is shaped by hand and mouth blown, in the very best Bohemian crystal.
We combine tradition and quality with contemporary design, so you are assured of an authentic piece of art. Commissioned work can be bought directly from the studio, and our own art objects are shown and sold at galleries and exhibitions.
Bohemian crystal is admired all over the world for its craftsmanship, artistry and technical skill. Special schools have trained glassmakers, cutters and engravers in the region since 1856, and that knowledge lives on in every Ozzaro piece.
